We currently ship to most countries within the European Union and the United Kingdom. The regions available at checkout are the destinations we are currently able to deliver to. If your country is not listed, we are very sorry that the shipping isn't possible at this moment.

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and the shipping method selected. Each shipment is created and processed manually to ensure the most suitable delivery option for your order.

We mainly work with DHL and DPD within Europe.

For UK orders, parcels are usually shipped via PostNL, then transferred to a local UK delivery partner.

Different shipping options may be available depending on the destination and insurance selection.

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible after they are placed.

Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You will also receive an update once the parcel has been delivered.

Estimated delivery times:

  Netherlands: usually arrives on the second working day after dispatch

  EU countries: approximately 3–7 working days
  

If you need your parcel to arrive before a specific date, please leave us a note when placing your order or reschedule the delivery directly through the courier service once tracking becomes available.

While we carefully pack every order, we cannot guarantee that every shipment will arrive without issues during transit.

For this reason, we strongly recommend selecting an insured shipping option.

If a shipping issue occurs with an insured parcel, we will first file a claim with the courier company and then work with you toward compensation or resolution for your order.

We accept returns or exchanges for eligible full-price items.

Please contact us by email first before sending anything back. All returns and exchanges must be confirmed by us in advance. Parcels without confirmation will not be accepted and will be sent back directly.

Return and exchange shipping costs (both directions) are the responsibility of the customer. And we are not responsible for the shipping during the returning journey. After the delivery of the first shipping, the order is complete, and the ownership has successfully transferred to the customer.

Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has arrived and has been inspected and confirmed to be in its original condition. Please send back everything in the original parcel as well.

Original shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

For hygiene reasons, earrings and pearl studs are not eligible for exchange or return.

All discounted, archive sale, or special offer items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Custom-made, personalized, or specially adjusted pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Each Studio MuHe piece is made with natural pearls, which means every pearl is unique in shape, color, luster, and surface texture.

We recommend storing your pearls away from direct sunlight, humidity, and chemicals.

Avoid spraying perfume or cosmetics directly onto your jewelry.

When not being worn, pearls are best kept separately in a soft pouch or jewelry box to reduce friction and preserve their luster over time.

Pearls may gradually change in color or luster when exposed to strong sunlight, chemicals (such as perfume, cosmetics, or cleaning products), or improper storage. This is part of their organic nature and is not considered a defect.

In some cases, pearls may become loose due to impact or prolonged wear. This can usually be repaired easily. We are happy to provide guidance or send adhesive for simple at-home repair if appropriate.

Pearl necklaces are traditionally strung with thread, which may naturally weaken over time with wear.

We recommend restringing your pearl necklace every 3–5 years to maintain its strength and longevity.

You are welcome to send your piece back to us for restringing. This service is offered based on the current cost of materials (such as silver components) and a service fee.

For pieces returned after extended use, shipping costs and transit responsibility remain with the customer.

Silver is a soft precious metal and may naturally deform slightly with frequent use, pressure, or impact.

Damage caused by bending, force, or improper handling is not covered under warranty.

Replacement or repair may involve a service fee and material cost depending on the condition and design availability.

Gold plating is a surface finish that will naturally wear over time, especially with frequent contact, friction, moisture, sweat, or chemicals.

This is a normal characteristic of plated jewelry and is not considered a defect.

• After the initial guarantee period, we continue to offer lifetime repair support whenever possible.
  Repairs beyond the guarantee period may incur a service fee depending on the condition of the piece.

Occasionally, we may create similar designs using new pearls, but every pearl is naturally unique and no two pieces will ever be identical.

Natural pearls may appear slightly different depending on lighting conditions, screen settings, and viewing environments.

We always try to present colors and luster as accurately as possible, but subtle differences are normal.

Each pearl is naturally unique and may contain individual growth textures or organic surface characteristics. But, we are confident and proud to say yes, your pearls will look exactly the same like the photos.

Yes. Studio MuHe mainly works with natural freshwater pearls.

Due to the natural formation of pearls, every piece may vary slightly in color, shape, luster, and surface texture.

Most pearls are not perfectly round or flawless — and that is part of their beauty.

We intentionally celebrate the organic and unique nature of each pearl rather than treating pearls to appear artificially uniform.
