Shipping Information

We ship as far as we could but as a small business we can not provide worldwide shipping yet. All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details from both our studio and your local carrier company.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including customs procedures for international shipments. We collaborate with DHL, DPD, and PostNL for your shipping.

Taxes & Customs

We ship from the Netherlands.

European Union (EU) Orders

For customers within the European Union, VAT is collected at checkout. The total amount paid at checkout is the final amount — no additional taxes or import charges will apply upon delivery.

Non-European Union (Non-EU) Orders

For customers outside the European Union, prices displayed on our website do not include VAT or import taxes. Any applicable VAT, customs duties, or import charges will be determined by your local customs authority and collected by your local carrier upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

A customer order from the Netherlands:
€40 + (21% VAT) €8.4 = €48.40 whole price at checkout in Studio MuHe

A customer order from United Kingdom:
€40 (Check out at Studio MuHe) + 20% VAT (paid at delivery) €8 ≈ €48 intotal
