Shipping Policy

We ship to as many destinations as we currently can. However, as a small independent business, we are not yet able to offer worldwide shipping.

The countries and regions available at checkout are the destinations we currently ship to. If your country is not listed, we are unfortunately unable to deliver there at this time.

Order Processing

All orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–5 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Further delivery updates may also be sent directly by the local carrier handling your parcel.

We currently work with PostNL, DHL and DPD, depending on the destination and shipping service selected.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs procedures, carrier operations, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

Taxes, Customs and Import Charges

All orders are shipped from the Netherlands.

European Union Orders

For customers within the European Union, VAT is calculated and collected at checkout.

The amount shown at checkout is the final amount payable to Studio MuHe. No additional import duties or customs charges should normally be required when the parcel is delivered within the European Union.

United Kingdom Orders

Prices shown to customers in the United Kingdom do not include UK VAT, customs duties or other import-related charges.

Any applicable VAT, customs duties, handling fees or import charges will be determined by UK customs and collected by the local carrier before or upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not paid to Studio MuHe.

Please carefully monitor emails, text messages and tracking updates from the local carrier. Your parcel may be held until the required charges have been paid. Failure to respond to the carrier may result in delays or the parcel being returned to us.

United States Orders

For customers in the United States, applicable import duties and import-related charges are included in the price paid at checkout.

PostNL communicates the relevant import charges directly to Studio MuHe, and we pay these charges in advance on the customer's behalf. Customers should therefore not normally be asked to pay additional import duties when the parcel is delivered.

Please continue to monitor tracking updates and messages from the local carrier in case additional information is required for customs clearance.

Other Non-EU Orders

For customers outside the European Union, excluding the United States, prices shown on our website generally do not include local VAT, customs duties or import-related charges unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout.

Any applicable charges will be determined by the destination country's customs authority and may be collected by the local carrier before delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Studio MuHe cannot predict or control the amount charged by local customs authorities.
